Notarization is the basis of the Notary’s business and function.
The National Notary Association defines notarization as: “Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic and can be trusted.”
At Lock Docs Notary, we take this very seriously. Our responsibility to our clients is to do all within our power to properly handle all documents said clients present to us. We use meticulous care to treat all documents with utmost professionalism and attention. Each document we notarize is valuable to the client who owns it, and we will always keep that in mind.
Our Notary will carefully examine the identification of each person involved in the signing of the document. A log will be kept of the transaction, which will require that each involved party sign the logbook. This is done to protect all parties involved, including the Notary. The Notary Public will then witness all signings of said document and will place a State of Georgia notarization stamp at all appropriate points.

A variety of documents require notarization. The most common documents to be notarized are:
Affidavits
Power of Attorney
Living Wills
DNR Forms
Deeds
Trusts
